1. General Use
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using our site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any additional guidelines, policies, or rules referenced herein.
2. Warranty
Labfic Scientific provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use and conditions. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by external factors.
3. Transactions & Payments
- Mode of Payment: Payments shall be made via wire transfer directly to our designated bank account.
- Currency: Unless otherwise agreed, all transactions will be conducted in United States Dollars (USD).
- Order Policy: All orders must be paid 100% upfront at the time of confirmation.
4. Order Placement & Shipment
- Upon receipt of payment, Labfic Scientific will issue an official order confirmation and invoice via email.
- Clients will be notified once products are shipped, along with tracking details.
- Lead times vary depending on product type and customization.
5. Pricing & Confidentiality
- Price lists are provided only after execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- All pricing information is confidential and intended solely for the client’s internal use.
- Clients are prohibited from sharing, circulating, or disclosing price lists to third parties without prior written consent from Labfic Scientific.
6. Ownership of Equipment
All equipment paid for in full shall be considered the exclusive property of the Client (Buyer).
7. Returns & Refunds
- Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval by Labfic Scientific.
- A 40% restocking fee will apply to all returned products, in addition to inspection, refurbishing, and two-way shipping charges.
- Custom-built or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
8. Amendments to Terms
Labfic Scientific reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms, policies, or procedures at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to clients in advance where applicable.
9. Effective Date These Terms of Use are effective as of the date mentioned in the agreement or at the time of order placement.
